Job summary

California Clothing, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines seeks a CCTV Technician to maintain security devices across multiple locations.

You will ensure cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and recordings operate reliably and securely, with hands-on installation and remote support as required. The role requires at least 1 year in CCTV operations, knowledge of LAN/WAN for integration, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure CCTV devices and recording equipment are functional in designated locations.
• Stay updated on new security technologies and solutions.
• Ensure recordings are securely stored on a server.
• Provide technical support for CCTV issues and coordinate with third-party contractors.
• Report maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Assist hardware/software troubleshooting, store onsite and remote support, and network documentation.

Job Specification

• Ensures that all security devices (cameras, digital recorders, DVR, NVR) are properly working in designated locations.
• Stay updated on new Technologies related to security device and solutions.
• Ensure that digital recordings are safe keep in a secure server.
• Provide Technical Support for any CCTV related issues and recordings; and coordination to 3rd Party contractor/technician for further resolution.
• Reports any maintenance problems on the devices to immediate superior.
• Provide help and support to Technical Engineer related to Hardware troubleshooting & maintenance, software installation, Store onsite and remote support, network cabling and documentation.

Job Qualification

• With at least 1 Year experience in handling CCTV and Security Devices operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• With strong technical skills, hands-on installation experience and knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN for CCTV integration and remote access.
• Ability to perform routine checks, diagnose faults, and repair and replace defective components
• With software and monitoring skills, proficient in using CCTV software for live monitoring, playback, download and configuration
• Capable of documentation and with good communication and reporting skills.
• With IT and computer hardware background is a plus.
