Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level ServiceNow & Fullstack Developer to bridge enterprise automation with custom apps. You will build, optimize, and support features across ServiceNow and fullstack services using Groovy, Java, Python, JavaScript or Vue.js.

You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment with senior engineers to level up your skills, focusing on code quality, testing, and scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure scripting within the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal widgets).
• Experience building web services with Java Spring/Spring Boot or Python Flask and interactive UI with Vue.js.
• Analytical thinker capable of dissecting complex layouts and troubleshooting across stacks.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB or Redis databases.
• Understanding of automated unit testing and solid software design principles.
• Clear experience with Jira/Confluence for actionable ticketing and agile workflows.
• Proficient with Git and comfortable in Linux command-line environments.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Platform Development: design, configure, and customize core applications and ITSM modules.
• End-to-End Custom Feature Development: build client-side Vue.js interfaces and server-side services (Java/Python/Groovy).
• API Design & Integration: design and consume RESTful/GraphQL endpoints to connect platforms.
• UI/UX Prototyping: create intuitive interfaces and prototypes with modern tools.
• Testing & Code Quality: write automated unit tests to maximize coverage and stability.
• Agile Collaboration: participate in daily standups, sprints, and backlog grooming.
