Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and Glide API.
• Backend/frontend stack experience with Java/Spring or Python and Vue.js.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience with Agile workflows and Jira/Confluence.
• Solid understanding of secure coding principles.
• Familiarity with Git and Linux command line.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules.
• Develop client-side interfaces with Vue.js and server-side services.
• Design and consume RESTful/GraphQL endpoints.
• Create UI/UX prototypes using design tools.
• Write unit tests across stack.
• Ensure code quality and security best practices.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production systems.
