Job summary

Stefanini Philippines, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an IdentityIQ specialist to support an international user community and govern identity workflows. The role is hybrid and requires expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, AD/EntraID/LDAP, and ITIL processes.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure security, reliability, and timely issue resolution, while adapting to shift schedules and growing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
• Certification in Identity Security Engineer is an added advantage.
• Understanding of lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire).
• Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP).
• Knowledge of database administration (SQL, MSSQL).
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and experience supporting an international user community.
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence required.
