Smartsearchonline in Alabang is seeking an IAM Engineer (Sailpoint IdentityIQ) to provide hands-on support, troubleshoot tickets, and ensure SLA compliance. This full-time role requires strong collaboration with an international user community and a proactive approach to improving processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, knowledge of AD/EntraID/LDAP, SQL/MS SQL, Java/JavaScript/XML, ITIL processes, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
• Certification in Identity Security Engineer adds advantage.
• Understanding of lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire).
• Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP).
• Knowledge of database administration (SQL, MSSQL).
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and experience supporting international users.
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for Sailpoint IdentityIQ including troubleshooting, requests, incident resolution and problem management.
• Ensure all tickets are resolved within SLA commitments.
• Maintain positive user experience through clear communication and timely support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and task automation.
• Maintain documentation of support processes, knowledge articles, and procedures.
• Maintain dashboard reporting on performance, access reviews, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with managed service team and stakeholders for operational excellence.

What will you do?
