Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, knowledge in directory services and database administration, as well as strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
• Certification in Identity Security Engineer is an added advantage.
• Understanding of lifecycle events workflow (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire).
• Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP).
• Knowledge of database administration (SQL, MSSQL).
• Experience with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, XML.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience in supporting an international user community.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Sailpoint IdentityIQ, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Ensure all tickets/incidents are resolved within committed SLA's.
• Maintain documentation of support processes and operational procedures.
• Maintain dashboard reporting on performance, access reviews, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with service team and stakeholders for operational excellence.
