Job summary

QBE Insurance Manila is seeking an Identity and Access Management specialist to ensure least-privileged access for joiners, movers, leavers and authorized users. You will process JML changes and maintain AD-based access in a highly regulated environment.

You will manage demand via global ticket systems, respond to security inquiries, and support audit activities while collaborating with global peers to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience with identity and access management; working in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), RACF and other access management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand through the global ticket and request management tool.
• Maintain least privileged access to joiners, movers, leavers (JML) and authorized users.
• Respond to information security and access-related inquiries within defined processes.
• Manage requests for additional access to systems within controls and SLAs.
• Produce accurate management information for reporting and decisions.
