Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking an Operations Manager for Identity Access Management to lead service delivery and governance across access control initiatives, driving reliability and security, while partnering with technology and business teams.

You will design and optimize automated workflows, use Power BI and other analytics tools to monitor performance, and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

10 years’ experience in business operations or service delivery.
10 years' experience with Identity Access Management.
Experience designing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Strong data analysis and service reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or Splunk.
Knowledge of governance and controls in service management platforms (ServiceNow/Remedy/Helix).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with Agile or Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead service delivery and operations, improving processes through automation.
Oversee day-to-day operations, project delivery and governance.
Collaborate with partners to drive continuous improvement and informed decisions.
