Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to oversee and manage access controls globally. You will lead IAM processes, handle complex access requests, and support senior analysts and leaders on projects, engaging with customers at all levels including senior leadership.

Qualifications

• A tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with identity and access management in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AD, RACF and other access management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand through the global ticket and request management tool.
• Maintain least privileged access for joiners, movers, leavers and authorised users.
• Respond to information security and access inquiries per defined processes.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and ITIL guidelines.
• Meet SLAs with timely JML handling and access requests.
• Build relationships with business customers to ensure service delivery.
• Provide guidance on IT security and access-related activities.
• Analyse requests to ensure proper separation of duties.
• Produce management information for reporting and decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve access-related inquiries with minimal disruption.
