Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila seeks an engineer to support system development, testing and deployment on site or in the office. You will coordinate design, integration and formal testing (FAT/SAT) and develop technical documentation to keep projects on track.

You may also prepare schedules, costings and procurement, assist the Project Manager, and perform preventive maintenance while solving issues at customer sites. Fresh grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• With a degree in Chemical Engineering or Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent course.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing or an Engineering role is an advantage.
• Independent, driven, and results oriented.
• Strong analytical skills; self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel to go on work assignments or site visits.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Work with team members to analyze, plan and develop the run-book automation related to the software deployment processes and supporting infrastructure.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
• Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of project plans at site or office.
• Execute preventive maintenance work for existing systems.
• Solving problems at customer sites.
• Calibration of measuring instruments.
