Job Summary
The Instrumentation and Control Engineer / Calibration Engineer is responsible for performing calibration activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measuring instruments, and representing the company professionally when dealing with clients and partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to continuous learning and career growth.
Job Description
- Perform calibration of instruments in accordance with established standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and proper documentation of calibration results.
- Prepare calibration reports and maintain organized and complete records.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding calibration schedules and requirements.
- Represent the company professionally during site visits, audits, and client interactions.
- Handle work assignments efficiently, even under time pressure and tight deadlines.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in training, development programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel as required for calibration activities, with corresponding travel allowance.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or an equivalent course.
- Up to one (1) year of work experience in calibration is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With good interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent the company professionally.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly process and organize information.
- Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to travel as needed for work assignment

Monday - Saturday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
