Job summary

Edisons Group of Companies Inc. seeks an experienced IT Leader to manage company infrastructure, including servers, networks, security, and ERP integration with Odoo.

You will oversee licensing, access control, backups and disaster recovery while supporting staff at multiple sites in Quezon City and nearby warehouses. Travel to sites may be required.

The role emphasizes policy development, asset management and coordinating with ERP providers to drive efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, VPNs and multiple internet connections.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Windows computers, user accounts and access permissions.
• Knowledge of servers, cloud services, virtualization, data backup and disaster-recovery systems.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection and incident response.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is strongly preferred.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

• At least five years of relevant IT experience, including two years in a supervisory, team-lead or senior technical role

• Strong hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, managed switches, Wi-Fi systems, VPNs and multiple internet connections

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Windows computers, user accounts and access permissions

• Knowledge of servers, cloud services, virtualization, data backup and disaster-recovery systems

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, phishing prevention, access control and incident response

• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is strongly preferred

• Capable of coordinating ERP vendors and translating operational requirements into clear system requirements

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical employees and management

• Willing to travel to company warehouses and project sites when necessary.
