Job summary

Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts in Morong, Philippines is seeking a Hygiene Officer to lead sanitation and hygiene standards for all food & beverage operations, under the Hygiene Manager.

You will ensure all food served is free from microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and that work areas meet local health authority requirements; qualifications include a bachelor degree, at least 5 years in a reputable establishment, and HACCP or ISO 9001-14001 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable establishment.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

• Certified HACCP or ISO 9001-14001.
