Job summary

Accor Hotels is seeking an Asst. Hygiene Manager in the Philippines to uphold hygiene and sanitation standards across hotel operations, with a focus on food safety and guest wellbeing.

You will assist the Hygiene Manager in implementing robust hygiene systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations and Accor brand standards, contributing to a safe guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Technology, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance role in hospitality or food service.
• Certification in FSCO, HACCP, ServeSafe, ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Philippine food safety laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hygiene audit software/tools.
