Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Manager to ensure that tenant complaints at RMZ Ecospace are resolved the same day and to oversee daily operations. On-site role with 48 hours weekly, focusing on vendor management, site safety and statutory compliance.

You will coordinate with the RMZ/JLL Property Manager, monitor utilities and equipment, and report daily and monthly to ensure seamless facilities management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management and building operations.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and contractors.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tenant/client complaints on the same day for RMZ Ecospace.
• Ensure issuance of mandatory indent for materials at RMZ Ecospace.
• Prepare and send DMR/DAR daily to facility team and key accounts manager.
• Prepare and send MMR monthly to property manager and key accounts manager.
• Conduct site rounds to identify breakdowns and coordinate resolutions.
• Follow up on previous day breakdowns with direct or third-party vendors.
• Ensure regular vendor visits to monitor staff deployed at RMZ Ecospace.
• Maintain relationships with client and key vendors.
• Maintain site deployment and services cost-effectively through contractors and direct labor.
• Update RMZ/JLL property manager on daily operations, pending complaints and material needs.
• Perform periodic rounds of towers, utility areas, plants, equipment, terraces and basements.
• Report important RMZ Ecospace information to designated JLL Property Manager & operations team.
• Cross-check electricity bills and review vendor billing and staff attendance monthly.
• Ensure staff quality, appraisal and development for maximum contribution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory site occupancy requirements.
