Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Manager of Workforce Management in the Philippines (hybrid). You will lead reporting initiatives, transform talent supply chain data into KPI-driven insights, and partner with IT and business teams to deliver automated Power BI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience with creating and validating reports for talent supply chains.
Knowledge of data storytelling and KPI-based reporting.

Responsibilities

Accountable to Transformation leads for new report builds, enhancements, testing and post-production defect resolution.
Architect reports based on talent supply chain data to KPI insights.
Project manage report builds with technology and BI teams.
Create BRDs and test scenarios; conduct rigorous testing for data accuracy.
Partner with Business and IT teams to troubleshoot existing Talent Supply Chain reports.
Design and implement report adoption plans for target audience.
Interpret large data in Excel and translate to automated systems such as Power BI.
Develop workforce management strategies and best practices; analyze staffing needs and forecast trends.
Create scheduling policies and monitor schedules to meet SLAs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
Lead a team of workforce management specialists.
