• Lead service delivery on WFM operations to achieve/exceed business expectations including staffing, scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, performance reporting, real-time management, and training on WFM.
• Lead client conversations and manage large WFM teams across multiple locations while promoting cultural diversity.
• Lead WFM program delivery, manage P&L, drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and operational planning.
