Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Windows operating systems in an enterprise context.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (IP, routing, DNS, basic firewalls).
• Experience with remote desktop tools and endpoint security utilities for hybrid workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive systems engineering support for Windows endpoints and servers to ensure performance and secure operation.
• Manage daily desktop support tasks in a hybrid work context, resolving incidents and requests to maintain user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues to keep internal systems and cloud services available.
• Coordinate remote assistance sessions for distributed team members using secure tools to diagnose issues without onsite visits.
• Monitor system health indicators to identify problems early and prevent impact on business processes.
• Document incident resolutions and configurations to support knowledge sharing and repeatable handling of issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement compliant configurations for Windows systems and networks.
• Execute day shift operational tasks including provisioning and access adjustments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Apply standard change management practices for system and network updates with approved deployments.
• Assist in deployment and optimization of collaboration tools to support hybrid workers.
• Support antivirus and basic security controls on Windows devices to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify recurring pain points and propose improvements for productivity and reliability.
• Participate in small system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
