Job summary

ECI, a leading global provider of managed services, seeks a skilled Windows Engineer to deliver L2 support for Windows Server, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Cloud PC, and email security platforms. Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on Exchange Online administration, troubleshooting, and mail flow management.
• Experience with Azure AD, hybrid identity, and cloud-based security controls.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server services (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, Hyper-V).
• Manage Azure AD and identity access for users and devices.
• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Administer Exchange Online mail flow, retention, and mailbox configurations.
• Support Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, policies, and lifecycle management.
• Operate Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools and session hosts.
• Manage email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast) and mail continuity.
• Troubleshoot incidents across user accounts, mail flow, and security policies.
• Implement security/compliance controls including Conditional Access and policy enforcement.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and participate in migration/upgrade projects.
• Monitor platform health and participate in RCA, problem, and change management.
