Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System and Network Engineer to oversee IT infrastructures for multiple clients, including on‑premises and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and multiple firewall technologies, with virtualization experience in VMware and Hyper-V.

The candidate will manage remote access, monitoring platforms, and ticketing systems, delivering proactive support in a fast-paced, multi-client setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
• Proficient in firewall technologies and VPN solutions.
• Strong virtualization skills with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Experience with remote access, monitoring, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Manage server environments on-premises and in the cloud using Windows Server and virtualization tech.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure identities and services.
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide Level 1–2 support and troubleshoot in multi-client environments.
• Collaborate with teams and document configurations and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Monitor performance and provide regular uptime and security incident reports.
