Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Support Representative to assist clients in using our products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of easy-to-moderate software problems.

This hybrid role is based in Manila, Philippines and requires weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility to work Friday or Monday, providing support via phone, chat, or email and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop ongoing product expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of work experience in a customer service/technical support environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude required.
• Experience working in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment to resolve issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with database concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Determine issue urgency and prioritize for assigned clients.
• Resolve easy-to-moderate problems using established guidelines and policies.
• Record all details in incident tracking system(s).
• Provide inbound phone, chat or email software support.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
• May train client end-users via webinar.
