Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Software Support Representative to provide software support for Tyler clients in use, functionality, and understanding of our products. You will resolve easy-to-moderate client issues through data analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in a customer service/technical support environment.
• Experience working in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical abilities in a technical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone, chat, or email software support to resolve easy-to-moderate client inquiries and problems.
• Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers and manage client expectations.
• Determine issue urgency and prioritize for a group of assigned clients.
• Record details and progress in incident tracking system(s).
• Provide limited hardware and operating system support and assist other team members.
