Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a detail-focused backoffice professional in Taguig, Philippines, to support vehicle condition reporting and data quality for our online B2B auto marketplace. The role involves QA on condition reports, CARFAX Quick Check history, mileage, and vehicle details, plus coordinating with the U.S.

backoffice team. Ideal candidates are college graduates with 3–5 years of experience and strong English communication skills; prior call center/BPO exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Strong academic record.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a call center or BPO is preferable, but not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Help with a variety of backoffice tasks.
• Perform quality control on vehicle condition reports before posting them in the auctions.
• Conduct CARFAX Quick Check History, vehicle's actual mileage, trim level, drivetrain, engine, and interior/exterior damages to make sure that it is aligned with what Backlot Cars auction covers to avoid arbitrations.
• Update transport status of vehicles.
• Communicate with the U.S. backoffice team on a regular basis.
