In this role, you’ll monitor quote requests, manage documentation, and assist in report preparation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a hybrid work setup along with various government-mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or valuation industry.
• Experience with document management, client onboarding/offboarding, and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret information within documents.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to valuation staff and valuers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage documentation.
• Assist in preparation and formatting of valuation reports.
• Monitor and manage incoming quote requests from clients.
