Responsibilities

• Administrative Operations Monitor certificate/license validity and renewals
• Manage procurement portals for purchase requests and vendor documentation
• Report & Data Management Format valuation reports to maintain quality and consistency
• Ensure soft filing systems remain current and accurate for reporting requirements
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Process Enhancement Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for operational improvements
