Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, with up to 2 years in admin or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and build pension administration expertise.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Flexible to work onsite or from home with a mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities
