Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Traffic Planner to join our team in the Philippines. You will draft comprehensive plans aligned with US code of practice and Altus expectations, and ensure timely submissions to stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel, Word, Outlook skills, excellent communication and leadership, with a hybrid day-shift setup. You will track performance, respond within KPIs, and help improve productivity while upholding quality and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with CAD background are welcome to apply.
• Highly developed software skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret standards and procedure +A12.

Responsibilities

• Draft extensive plans ensuring all plans are drawn as per US code of practice and Altus expectations and submitted in a timely manner.
• Complete daily timesheets, plan tracking reports in a timely manner.
• Respond to communication within KPIs.
• Measure performance and make changes to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels.
• Ensure all timeframes and requests made by management are adhered to in accordance with set time frames made by the requester.
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement.
