Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Eastwood, Quezon City. This hybrid role operates on a night shift, handling staff scheduling, data entry, and cross-team communication.

You will maintain SOPs, respond to clinic inquiries, and collaborate with partner agencies. A bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience is required; proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Timely and accurate task execution with accountability.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with online collaboration tools for remote engagement.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data within internal communication systems and processes
• Communicate attendance records to partner agencies and submit marked-up invoices
• Manage and facilitate staff scheduling, including availability requests and proposing clinic dates aligned with company growth objectives
• Respond to operational inquiries from clinic staff during clinic hours, including weekends
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address clinic staffing needs
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on customer needs and opportunities for process improvement
