MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Pasay City for hybrid, day shift. You will assist the Project Manager with daily coordination, entry of project details, budgets, and resources, and help with dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, MS Office knowledge, and experience creating dashboards. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment with a focus on timely reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to create dashboards.
• Experience with dashboard reporting reduced to essential metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manual data entry and setup of projects in Dynamics 365, including project details, budgets, and resources.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and follow up on timesheet submissions from project team members.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards and reports, including utilisation, resourcing, and progress tracking.
• Support accurate project data management to enable effective reporting and decision-making.
• Monitor project performance.
• Review list of aged debtors and follow up with aged debtors.

What You'll Do

The Assistant Project Manager provides day‑to‑day support to the Project Manager to assist with the efficient delivery of engineering projects. The role is heavily systems‑ and data‑driven, supporting project setup, monitoring, and reporting across multiple live projects.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manual data entry and setup of projects in Dynamics 365, including project details, budgets, and resources
• Assisting the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative tasks
• Monitoring and following up timesheet submissions from project team members
• Preparing and maintaining project dashboards and reports, including utilisation, resourcing, and progress tracking
• Supporting accurate project data management to enable effective reporting and decision‑making
• Monitoring project performance
