Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers and Cambridge Sales/CS teams for the English stream.
• Investigate issues and liaise with senior technical staff to resolve them.
• Gather technical information via email/phone and document σύcations.
• Manage technical investigations and resolve both basic and complex issues.
