Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, is hiring a permanent Application Support Technician for Cambridge English and IELTS software systems. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office.

You will provide real-time support, log and track queries, help create knowledge content, and assist with training. Requirements include a degree in a relevant field (or equivalent) and at least two years in technical or software support, plus strong Windows and network

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical or software support role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows (desktop/server) and network troubleshooting; familiarity with other OS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver real-time phone and live-chat support for Cambridge English and IELTS software products and web-based systems.
• Log and track support queries, keeping users informed of progress and resolution.
• Identify and elevate recurring issues for long-term fixes.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing of new systems.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Develop and deliver training for users and support teams.
