Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Engineer I for Technical Services in the Philippines. The role involves technical support, troubleshooting, remote commissioning, and programming of Copeland Supervisory Controllers. Training will be on-site for the initial period with a fixed night shift and weekend requirements.

The candidate should have 1 year of BPO experience and preferably a degree in EE/ME/ECE. You will contribute to knowledge bases and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience.
• Preferably EE/ME/ECE graduate.
• Willing to work night shift and on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support inquiries via phone, email, and chat and triage basic to moderately complex issues.
• Troubleshoot controllers and system applications, documenting cases for tracking and reporting.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (e.g., E2, E3, Site Supervisor) using reference documents and tools.
• Assist in configuring and optimizing controller settings to improve system performance.
• Perform remote commissioning during start-up sites to ensure systems are operational.
• Create graphical screens and support installation using standard tools and templates.
• Provide technical support for temperature monitoring products, especially Food Service applications.
• Contribute to knowledge base with FAQs and training materials; participate in cross-training.
• Assist in maintaining the technical services lab and performing inventory checks.
