Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for the Canada region, including French-speaking requirements.

You will partner with Line Managers and HRBPs, build strong talent pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the process. Responsibilities include managing recruiter activities, salary analytics, interviews and offers, and communicating insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment for volume or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in international placements, preferably Asia Pacific & North America.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) required to support Canada/Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned functions with timelines.
• Partner with Line Managers and HRBPs to hire best available talent.
• Provide recruitment insights, market trends and candidate experience improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder updates via email or governance meetings.
