• Proven ability to attract passive talent and map market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Sales & Marketing across levels.
• Partner with Line Managers and HRBPs for timely hires and market insights.
• Advise on recruitment strategies, candidate care, and process improvements.
• Coordinate salary analysis, offers, and onboarding activities as needed.
• Deliver recruitment metrics and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
