Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise IT experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience with cloud knowledge.
• Experience administering Windows Server and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on hybrid cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud or similar).
• Degree in IT/CS or equivalent; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for day-to-day operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with cloud knowledge.
• Manage Windows Server configurations, patching, monitoring and support.
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls and wireless tech.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Implement IT security controls, MFA, VPN, monitoring, and vulnerability response.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
