Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sr. Systems Admin in Ortigas, Pasig, onsite dayshift to manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments. You will administer Microsoft 365 and Azure, with exposure to AWS, and oversee Windows Server operations, network security, and system monitoring.

Lead upgrades and migrations, support backup and disaster recovery, and mentor junior IT staff while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to optimise IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of enterprise IT experience.
• 4+ years in leadership or senior roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure with AWS or another major cloud.
• Experience administering Windows Server and enterprise networking.
• Degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for day-to-day operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure; knowledge of AWS or other clouds.
• Maintain Windows Server environments including patching and monitoring.
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (firewalls, routing, wireless).
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Implement IT security controls including MFA, VPN, monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver IT solutions.
