Job summary

LawAdvisor Ventures is seeking a mid-level software engineer to join our hybrid team in the Philippines. You will develop features with a talented group of engineers, designers, and product managers, maintaining code quality and system reliability.

You will contribute across the SDLC, learn new languages quickly, and help scale our globally distributed platform while collaborating with remote colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience across full software development lifecycle.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to steer the development of team members and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers, designers, product managers, and QA to build features.
• Contribute across all phases of the SDLC to move projects forward.
• Uphold standards for code quality, design, performance, and security.
• Write production-ready, well-structured code.
• Participate in design meetings, interviews, and code reviews.
• Propose new approaches to scale LawAdvisor's infrastructure.
