OTA Client invites an experienced Engineering Director to lead multiple software development initiatives in a hybrid setup based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on system design, hands-on development, and coaching engineers toward excellence within a fast-paced startup environment.

You will oversee 5-10 client projects, guide architecture, and manage a team of 10-20 engineers while communicating metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership with people management.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and system architecture.
• Experience architecting modular, scalable, secure systems.
• Familiar with productive development environments and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of 5-10 client projects delivered on time and within scope.
• Guide the technical architecture of each project.
• Directly manage and coach a team of 10-20 engineers.
• Report project health and engineering performance to executives.
