Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership with direct people management.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering best practices and system architecture.
• Proficiency with React, React Native, and Python.
• Experience with startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of 5-10 client projects with on-time delivery and quality.
• Guide the technical architecture of each project and ensure correct solutions.
• Directly manage and coach a team of 10-20 engineers across client projects.
• Communicate project health and engineering performance to executives.
