Bolder Group is seeking a meticulous Shareholder Administrator to join our team in a hybrid setup based in Pampanga. You will handle investor transactions, manage capital calls and distributions, and support auditors' requests while maintaining accurate shareholder records.

The role requires a Finance degree and 1–2 years of investor services exposure, with a strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, and cross-department collaboration. Join a team committed to service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of investor services experience from banking, investment houses, and the like, with exposure to Hedge Funds and/or Private Funds.
• Solid grasp of financial principles related to investment funds.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining shareholder records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Receive and place new transactions from investors (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers) in the transfer agency system according to procedures.
• Process capital calls and distributions, including investor communication, cash tracking, and follow-ups.
• Oversee preparation and verification of redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.
• Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and requests, e.g., track auditors’ requests for documentation.
• Ensure understanding of processes and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare/update procedures and checklists with management.
• Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area.
• Participate in projects, testing, and training as requested.
