Bolder Philippines is seeking a meticulous Shareholder Administrator to manage investor transactions and funding processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to established procedures within a hybrid work setup at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

The ideal candidate has finance-related education and 1–2 years in investor services, with exposure to hedge funds or private funds, and a strong eye for detail to maintain shareholder records.

Qualifications

• Solid grasp of financial principles, especially funds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers).
• Process capital calls and distributions, including investor communications and cash tracking.
• Oversee preparation and verification of redemption, dividend, and distribution files.
• Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and auditor requests.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain process understanding.
• Prepare/update procedures and checklists with management.
• Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area.
• Participate in projects, testing, and training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and place new transactions received from investors (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers) in the transfer agency system, according to procedures in place.

• Process capital calls and distributions, including communication with investors, cash tracking, and follow-ups.

• Oversee the preparation and verification of redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.

• Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and requests, e.g., track auditors’ requests concerning documentation sought.

• Ensures effective understanding of specific processes and adheres strictly to relevant procedures.

• Prepares/updates procedures and checklists in cooperation with management.

• Ensures effective compliance and controls in own area.

• Participates in projects, testing, and training when requested.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.

• At least 1-2 years of investor services experience gained from banking, investment houses, and the like, with exposure to Hedge Funds and/or Private Funds.

• Solid grasp of financial principles, especially related to investment funds.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining the integrity of shareholder records.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is necessary.

• Be able to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments.
