Job summary

Bolder Group is seeking a meticulous Shareholder Administrator to join our dynamic investor services team. You will manage shareholder records, process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, and ensure strict adherence to KYC and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely delivery within a hybrid work setup. The position requires a finance-related degree and 1–2 years of investor services experience, with exposure to hedge funds or private funds.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of investor services experience.
• Solid grasp of financial principles, especially related to investment funds.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining shareholder records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Be able to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and place new transactions from investors (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers) in the transfer agency system according to procedures.
• Process capital calls and distributions, including communication with investors and cash tracking.
• Oversee preparation and verification of redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.
• Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and requests.
