Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Talent Consultant to join our RPO team in BGC, Taguig City. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines through direct and indirect sourcing and proactively developing talent pools.

You will manage high-touch candidate relationships while supporting remote, client-facing recruitment activities. As a subject matter expert, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness

Qualifications

• Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to create creative sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and tech-savviness.
• Experience recruiting across ASEAN and ANZ markets.
