Job summary

Korn Ferry in Pasig City, Philippines, is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions and customer service, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews. This role requires excellent English and Tagalog communication and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in in-house TA, RPO or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions, shared services, customer service or business support roles.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Onsite in Pasig City 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from hiring manager briefings to offer management.
• Deliver recruitment across corporate functions and customer service positions with a strong pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate fit for each role.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for a positive experience.
• Provide talent market insights, including salary benchmarks and trends.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment timelines to meet service expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and ensure compliance.
