Korn Ferry Group is seeking Talent Consultants to join our Talent Delivery Center. You will support global clients with end-to-end recruitment, piping talent pipelines and building communities across markets.

You’ll use social media, LinkedIn, market mapping and outreach campaigns to source high-potential candidates and maintain strong pipelines for ongoing hiring needs. This role emphasizes client-facing collaboration and proactive candidate marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 5–8 years proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing/research or end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in outbound or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong global talent pipeline across markets.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage top candidates.
• Manage campaigns and referrals to expand talent pools.
• Provide high-touch candidate relationship management and client-facing updates.
