Boomering is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer in Angeles City, Philippines. This hybrid or work-from-home role requires you to own end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and apply your hands-on Astute Payroll expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
• Demonstrated senior-level payroll responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Review and validate payroll data before processing.
• Process payroll changes, deductions and related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality.
• Support payroll reconciliations and reporting.
• Proactively identify payroll issues and drive improvements.
