Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Philippines, seeks a Senior Payroll Officer to own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, on-time payments.

Hybrid or WFH setup and a PHP 80,000 monthly salary are offered, with strong Astute Payroll experience and Australian payroll knowledge required. You will review data, handle changes and deductions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliant payroll records while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years payroll experience, ideally with Australian market exposure.
• Hands-on Astute Payroll experience is essential.
• End-to-end payroll processing experience in Australian payroll environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll requirements and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and within deadlines.
• Use Astute Payroll as part of day-to-day payroll operations.
• Review and validate payroll data before processing and finalisation.
• Process employee payroll changes, deductions and related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with Australian legislation and agreements.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and administration as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while managing payroll independently.
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures.
