Job summary

HelloConnect, a HelloFresh subsidiary based in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the People Operations function. You will lead process-improvement projects, conduct root-cause analysis, and train teams on Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

The role reports to the Associate Director, People Operations Excellence, Berlin, with a dotted line to the People SSC Lead in Manila.

Qualifications

• Proven Lean Six Sigma project leadership and change management experience.
