Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping in Xero, perform month-end close, and prepare management accounts for multiple client portfolios. The role emphasizes accurate records, payroll processing, and compliance, with mentoring duties for junior staff.

The successful candidate will liaise with the client engagement team, ensure timely reporting, and uphold high standards in financial data integrity within a hybrid work setup in Manila.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate or related accounting discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Xero and payroll processing including STP.
• CPA or Non-CPA certification

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping in cloud system (Xero) and month-end close.
• Process payroll including STP and maintain employee records.
• Review junior bookkeepers' work and provide guidance.
• Prepare management accounts and financial statements.
• Communicate with clients and respond to queries.
