Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking a skilled bookkeeper to support Australian clients on a hybrid basis from the Philippines. The role covers end-to-end bookkeeping, Xero processing, AP/AR, debtor management, and preparation of management accounts.

You will review junior bookkeepers’ work, guide the team, and communicate effectively with the client engagement group to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and KPI adherence.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related accounting discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of Xero required.
• CPA or Non-CPA certification acceptable.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end bookkeeping support for Australian clients.
• Process and reconcile in Xero; manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare activity statements and monthly management accounts.
• Send client invoices and manage debtor reminders.
• Review junior bookkeepers’ work and provide guidance.
• Maintain timely communication with client engagement team.
• Draft manual journals and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Manage client portfolios and deadlines; meet KPIs.
• Work with cloud apps (Dext, Hubdoc) for expense processing.
• Daily time entries and reporting to clients.
